Please jump into my closet now

It's been far too long. What finally motivated me to post something?..... Why, procrastination of course! I somehow found myself visiting endless shopping sites. Oh interweb...you provide countless reasons why I shouldn't be studying for Public Relations and Organizational Behavior midterms.

My new years resolution was to only purchase clothes less than $10 and save up for designer bags and shoes. However.....these might make me forget.

Texts from last night....Scratch that..Make it texts from yesterday.

So I was going to try relay the details of my day yesterday but couldn't remember everything. Fortunately out of boredom and a love for my best friend, I texted molly about everything that had happened. Here they are:

9:16am:

So my first teacher didn't show up to class. I now find myself reading at starbucks in my black pant leggings, gray wife beater, and white blonde hair. I feel so wonderfully cliche. yay for being so tacky and chic at the same time! Note to self: Starbucks has free wifi! If only I had my mac, I could be blogging and feel even more like Carrie Bradhaw. After I get through a few chapters I'm headed to target to get nail polish to do my nails to kill more time before my world religions glass at noon. wish you were here!

11:04am:

Scratch target. I got distracted by a jewelry store going out of business. 3 pairs of earrings later...and i'm still trying to figure out what to do. goodwill?

11:23am:

soo....I just sat in this completely filled, but completely silent library....and of course my chair makes the loudest and longest fart noise. My easy stylish sophisticated feeling of carrie bradshaw just got canceled out.

11:28am:

So to reassure everyone that the culprit was the chair and not my cute tush...I am currently sitting here trying to subtly make the chair do it again.

PS: I'm pretty sure I'm now known to everyone in the library as the girl who farts, annoying texts loudly, and then laughs uncontrollably at the received texts.

wait!!! I think my farting/texting/laughing ways have been outdone. There's a new annoyance in town. AKA: Chick to my left whose ringtone is "I kissed a girl."

Dreaming while awake

Today a little old woman came into the store with a Sears shopping cart. I love my job.

After my little four hour shift I came home and took a two hour nap, woke up, rediscovered my love of drawing with sharpies, and started reading a biography on Coco Chanel. I was about to get ready to try to fall asleep when I remembered that the Couture shows should be up on Style.com!!!! Ahhh. Prepare to swoon.

Hello...It's me again.

Goodwill hunting

Hey you! (Aka: future self, molly, and mom)

Firstly, I hope you are having a fantabulastic day. Now, let me fill you in on the past couple days! So, the other day I went bargain shopping with my best friend molly, her younger sister (aka, MY younger sista) katie, and twin. Molly has a great eye for finding fun pieces. Goodwill is an awesome place for great cheap belts. Normally I'm on the Lostboy's side, but it's definitely fun to be a pirate and hunt for treasure! I was able to pick up the belt as seen below. We were just about to leave the store when we somehow wandered to the back. What was hidden?......a vintage 4 piece matching Oscar De La Renta luggage set! Its authenticity is still questionable....but hey.......I don't love it any less.

The highlight of yesterday had to be the 1:30am nathan's hotdog baked in a pastry shell, with homemade cheese whiz. This deliciousness was accompanied by Camp Nowhere with twin and bobby (AKA broder).

Today was a successfully amazing day. I was able to renew my library books, go to class, bring my model to the gallery (which is ginormous. I'm considering the moving of this massive store model as my workout for the day). Then, I scooped up my favorite scent from yankee candle, "Spa Fresh". Yummy. Went to one more class. Came home at 10pm from my last class of the day with the windows down and the harry potter theme song playing on repeat. Spectacularity at it's finest.
